1.Overview

With the large-scale application practice of optical fiber in intelligent substation, HM2306 10KV insulation resistance tester has good insulation and anti-interference ability, high measurement accuracy, easy miniaturization, and extremely low failure rate, which has received extensive attention. 4. Features.

The optical digital insulation resistance tester is developed using the Faraday effect of magneto-optical crystal, IE660044.7 and IEC61850 to produce an optical digital insulation resistance tester:
1. Optical digital insulation resistance tester will not generate radiation and electromagnetic pulse, strong anti-interference ability and accurate measurement data.
2. Since the light is an insulator, the high voltage can be effectively isolated (to ensure the personal safety of the operator), and the accuracy and reliability of the sampled data are ensured while suppressing noise.

5).Excellent anti-interference performance. When the interference current reaches 600mA, the instrument still guarantees test accuracy and strong anti-interference ability. It is especially used in 110KV and above large-capacity transformers and long-distance power cable power systems.
6).Automatic discharge: The advanced high-voltage discharge technology is used to quickly discharge the capacitive sample. The discharge voltage is measured in real time during discharge (test sample voltage is 0v). For example, the test sample voltage is 10000v, then the discharge is stopped by 10000v when the test is stopped. Go to 0v (real-time visual display) to monitor the discharge voltage in real time, and prompt "safe disconnection", the operator can disconnect the line (for the extra large test sample, after the automatic discharge, please perform manual discharge to remove the line!) .
7).Internal rechargeable lithium battery power supply or AC power supply, the real AC and DC does not affect the test accuracy.
8).The analog pointer and the digital display coexist. The digital value reflects the accuracy of the insulation resistance of the test object. The analog pointer can reflect the dynamic change of the insulation resistance during the test.
9).The alarm function during boosting, the buzzer warning has high voltage output, away from the sample, and the warning sound stops automatically after the test.
10).Battery power digital display and undervoltage alarm protection.
