I. Summary
The measurement of DC resistance of transformer is a mandatory test item for semi-finished and finished products in transformer manufacturing during the course of delivery test, installation, commissioning test and preventive test of power sector, which can effectively find out the manufacturing defects such as imperfect material selection and welding, loose connections, missing strands and broken wires of transformer coils as well as hidden dangers after operation. The  Automatic Transformer DC Resistance Tester is a rapid test equipment for measuring DC resistance of transformers, instrument transformer, generators and motor windings, especially suitable for the simultaneous measurement of three phases of large-capacity star-connected transformers as well as the magnetism measurement of three-phase, five-column or low-voltage delta-connected transformers, thus greatly saving time and improving the efficiency of overhaul.
