I. Brief introduction
Uninterruptible power supply is the most basic guarantee in all the running equipment and network systems with increasing information and automation. Whether AC or DC uninterruptible power supply system, battery as a backup power supply plays an extremely important role in the system. When the battery is in the state of floating charge and standby, once the AC is out of power or other accidents, the battery becomes the only energy supplier of the load.
We know that in addition to the normal life cycle of the battery, some early failure of the battery occurs from time to time due to the quality of the battery itself, such as material, structure, process defects and improper use. In order to check the spare time and actual capacity of the battery pack and ensure the normal operation of the system, according to the maintenance rules of the power supply system, it is necessary to carry out regular or timely capacity check discharge tests to ensure the effectiveness of the whole battery cell by replacing the single cell which is found to be invalid or near failure at an early stage; or to evaluate the life expectancy of the whole cell.

The tester can be used as discharge load in the off-line state of battery, and the constant current discharge of the set value can be realized by continuously regulating the discharge current. During discharge, the instrument will automatically stop the discharge when the battery terminal voltage, or the monomer voltage, falls to the set lower limit, or the set discharge time, or the set discharge capacity, and record all valuable, continuous process real-time data.
This instrument has a very friendly man-machine interface.It not only can complete all kinds of settings and data query under the prompt of menu, but also the process data of discharge are stored in the memory of the equipment, which can be transferred to the U disk through the data interface.
 This instrument has perfect protection function, not only sound, light alarm, but also clear interface hint.
