DC Winding Resistance Test Meter for transformer test
I. Summary
The measurement of DC resistance is a necessary item infactory test, installation, hand-over test, and preventive test for semi-finished products and finished products during the manufacture of voltage transformers, current transformers, reactors, electromagnetic actuators and other inductive coils in power departments, with which, the manufacturing defects on material selection, welding,joint loosening, strand missing, broken wires and others and hidden dangers under operationcan be identified effectively. In order to satisfy the need for rapid measurement for DC resistance of inductive coils, a HM5002-10ATransformer DC Winding Resistance Tester has been developed with our technical advantages. It is applied with a new power supply technology and has a small size, light weight, large output current, wide measurement range, digital displayand other features. The whole tester is controlled with a single-chip microcomputer and can automatically perform self-test, data processing, display and other functions. It has an automatic discharge and discharge indication functions, as well as high test accuracy and easy operation, and can realize the rapid measurement for DC resistance.
