I.Product description
CVT Resonant dielectric test system is our advance HV ac resonant test set.this resonant test set host contains high power frequency conversion power supply and precise digital dielectric loss bridge . it is not only for withstand voltage test for XLPE, GIS,transformer, motors, more important, it can test the cables' dielectric loss.
As a new technology in power field, this set is widely accepted by power plant, test contractor, grids.
This CVT resonant dielectric test system principle is same as our traditional resonnat test set. It is also to  change the system inductance and test frequency to make circuit in resonant condition.  The adoption of variable frequency resonant technology reduces the capacity of power source and the weight of equipment, which facilitates on-site test.

II. Advantage:
1. It is a new type of test equipment ,specially used for high voltage dielectric loss measurement. Support test transformer, series resonance or parallel resonant booster solutions, plus standard capacitor can be used. The instrument itself has 16 KVA output capacity, direct use of test transformers, at 160 kV can be measured to 2000 pF. Can directly measure small and medium capacity samples (such as CT, casing).
With reactor, the test capacity can be increased by series or parallel resonance.
  1. The original integer frequency point anti-interference technology can be accurately measured under powerful interference. When using 50±1 Hz automatic double frequency conversion, the instrument is tested once each with 49 Hz and 51 Hz, and then the data is converted to 50 Hz. The combination of high voltage and power frequency anti-interference enables the test data to truly reflect the performance of the equipment under operation voltage.
  2. The original high-speed sweep technology can scan quickly and accurately under powerful interference. The instrument gives an available frequency range, not just a resonant point. One scan of 30~300 Hz range takes only 20 seconds.
  3.  Series resonance or parallel resonance can be scanned and indicate the maximum test voltage and available frequency range for reference. In most cases, an integer frequency point can be found for anti-interference measurement.
  4.  Scanning and boost measurements can also be combined.
  5.  The instrument has the function of simulating and calculating the maximum test voltage and the available frequency range.
  6.  The instrument is equipped with optical fiber interface and uses high speed digital communication to realize reverse wiring measurement at high voltage. Anti - wiring is also high - precision, anti - interference.
  7.  In addition to the traditional positive and reverse wiring, the instrument also provides a "positive and negative wiring" mode. This model can give three sets of data of the positive connection, the reverse connection and the low voltage shield of the reverse connection.
  8.  The instrument can measure up to four positive wiring samples at the same time.
  9. Multi-level security protection to ensure personal and equipment safety.
  10.  Over-current protection: short circuit, breakdown or high voltage current fluctuation, can quickly cut off the output.
  11.  Over-voltage protection: over-voltage or poor contact will start protection.
  12.  Grounding protection: start protection before and after starting, if the instrument is not grounded properly and the shell has dangerous voltage.
  13.  Error prevention operation: three-stage power switch, multiple key confirmation. Slow boost, can quickly reduce voltage, and real-time monitoring of voltage and current, acousto-optic alarm.
  14.  Prevention of "tolerance ": the" tolerance "effect of voltage elevation will occur when measuring large capacity samples. The instrument can automatically track the output voltage and keep the test voltage constant.
  15.  Seismic performance: the instrument adopts unique seismic design, can withstand strong long-distance transportation vibration, turbulence without damage.
