The structure of the primary current test set is divided into three parts:Console and low voltage high current generator, electric induction voltage regulator.From the low voltage high current generator output wiring lead test products, through the low voltage high current generator on the current transformer and console on the ammeter, voltmeter, indicator, button to measure, monitor and operate

V.Main features

1.Electric console

1)The control screen accepts the IPC .
2) The sample signal panel is passive signal converter with multiple and Isolation Shield Protection. It can completely eliminate the destructive impact of high voltage breakdown square voltage and current on the control power supply.
3)Controller parameters can set to do the same batch when the power is off without needing resetting , permanent save!
4)Test result can save 50 records for recording and printing .

2. Electric inductive voltage regulator

1)The inductive voltage regulator adopts a carbon-free brush to isolate the induced output voltage

2)No corona no spark   

 3) It has heat conduction heat dissipation sheet which can be for long-time running working.  

3,Primary current generator

1)it accepts full-insulation structure ,T3 copper lead wire, cold-rolled silicon steel plate.
 2) The transformer use the double winding,low voltage input winding and high voltage output winding.
3) it installs the electrostatic shielding between the low voltage and high voltage, the low voltage and iron core.
4) Magnetic coupling between high voltage winding  and low voltage  winding, no electrical connection.
