I. Product Description
This device included two parts, Console and Oil-filled test transformer .
Connect the high-voltage output terminal with tested object .
Through the current transformer in electric voltage regulator and the measurement output on the test transformer to the ammeter, voltmeter, indicator light and button on console , to measure,monitor and operate.
II. Structure
This transformer adopt single frame type core structure.T he primary winding is wound around the core, high voltage winding is out.
This coaxial arrangement effectively reduces magnetic flux leakage, thus increases the coupling between the winding.
Transformer
It's single-phase transformers. The adjustable voltage of 0~400V can be output to the primary winding of test transformer through the voltage regulator in the Console. According to the electromagnetic induction principle, the adjustable high voltage can be obtained in the secondary winding.
Electircal console
This series of products consists of two parts: control and measurement. The main contactor controls the energization and de-energization of the regulator input, and the main contactor is controlled by a closing stop button, a zero limit switch, an overcurrent and overvoltage relay, and the like. An adjustable output voltage is supplied by the regulator to supply an accessory product (such as a test transformer) to obtain the required test voltage
