I. Summary
HM3001 Earth Grid Resistance Tester is a high-precision testing instrument used in various fields such as substations to test grounding resistance and related parameters. The instrument has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, convenient carrying, strong anti-interference performance, high accuracy, etc. The instrument is of an integrated structure, with a built-in frequency conversion power supply module, and the output power supply is continuously variable in frequency. The frequency can be changed to 45Hz or 55Hz, the high-speed processor core is built in, and the high-end digital filtering technology is adopted, thus effectively avoiding the interference of power frequency electric field to the test and fundamentally solving the difficult problem of accurate measurement under strong electric field interference. A large number of on-site tests and users' use show that when grounding grid tests are carried out in the harsh electromagnetic environment of the substation, the measurement data of the grounding resistance tester of the grounding grid are accurate, stable and good in repeatability, and are ideal instruments for measuring the characteristic parameters of large and medium-sized grounding grids.

The internal variable frequency power supply module of the instrument provides the instrument measurement output power supply, the frequency can be changed to 45Hz or 55Hz, and the digital filtering technology is adopted, thus effectively avoiding various power frequency interference signals on site and enabling the instrument to realize high-precision, accurate and reliable measurement.
DSP high speed processor
Accurate and fast, the instrument uses a professional DSP fast digital signal processor as the processing core, which greatly improves the operation and processing capability of the instrument itself on the premise of ensuring accurate measurement data.
Whole Process Intelligent Measurement and Control
With the strong support of the internal high-performance processing core, the instrument completes a series of complicated calculation steps such as current output, voltage acquisition and frequency conversion in the whole measurement process quickly and automatically. The instrument can automatically judge the impedance of the current loop, and automatically adjust the output current value of the different frequency power supply (the maximum output current is 5A) according to the impedance. The test task can be completed automatically without human intervention. The measuring contents of the instrument include the grounding impedance z, the pure resistance component r and the pure inductance component x of the grounding grid.
Mass storage data
The instrument is internally equipped with a calendar chip and a large-capacity memory, which can store the test results in chronological order, check the historical records at any time and print them out.
PC Data Processing
The data measured by the instrument can be exported through U disk, and then related data can be consulted and managed on pc.
