HV euqipment for Partial Discharge Test System /hipot tester is mainly used for testing frequency voltage insulation level of various insulation materials, insulation structure and electrical products, also as partial discharge frequency testing power supply for testing object such as transformer, mutual inductor and lightning arresters. It widely used in electrical manufacturing, power operation departments, research institutes and universities.

Function Of The Console
The Console is equipped with over-current protection function, upper and lower voltage function, voltage withstand time recording, protection function, emergency button, alarm bell and door linkage.
The Console is equipped with capacitance voltage divider measuring voltmeter (digital
three-and-a-half), transformer primary winding ammeter and voltmeter.
The Console is equipped with upper and lower voltage regulator protection.
Power of Console is single phase power ;Running time: same as Testing Transformer.

According to structure , the device can be divided into four type: single phase iron shell type,
single phase iron shell series type, single phase insulating clinger type and single phase insulating clinger series type. Usually single phase iron shell type is suitable for the occasions where voltage capacity is low and easy to carry , or the equipment is fixed and its voltage capacity is high but with low requirement for partial discharge . Single phase insulating clinger type is usually suitable for the occasions where the requirement of partial discharge is high, but low voltage and fixed. Single phase insulating clinger series type is mainly used for the occasions where the requirement of partial discharge is high,and high voltage,large capacity and easy to carry. All above four type can be select by user's requirement.
