I. Introduction

The generator characteristic comprehensive tester is specially designed to complete the electrical start test after overhaul of generators in the power plant. It can complete the real-time measurement and analysis of various characteristic curves of the generator (no load, short circuit, magnetic loss, zero start, ± 10% step, frequency test and load test of the exciter), and has the features of many measurement signals ,high accuracy and other advantages.

II. Features


1. Using standard interfaces in order to meet the needs of various power plants (fossil-fuel power station, water power station, nuclear power plants, etc.).
2. Data can be collected automatically or interactively.
3. Making the test more intuitive through real-time drawing of characteristic curves

9. 6 circuits Voltage signal processing, adopting advanced electromagnetic induction and photoelectric isolation principle, which has high test accuracy, fast response time and stable performance. Input and output are completely isolated, the isolation voltage is greater than 3KV, the overload capacity can last twice the nominal voltage (3-phase 150V, 3-phase 750V), and the input impedance is greater than 150KΩ (or 750 KΩ).

Input and output are completely isolated, the isolation voltage is greater than 3KV, the continuous overload can be 2 times the nominal value, and the instantaneous overload is 20 times 60 seconds.
