150kv high voltage HV partial discharge test system for transformer test
The scope of application is as follows:
1. Perform power frequency withstand voltage test and partial discharge measurement test in the laboratory or substation site, and use the principle of electromagnetic induction to output high voltage.
2. The test objects include combined electrical appliances, insulation products, circuit breakers, isolating switches, transformers, insulators, capacitors and other power equipment.
II. Specifications (specification can be customized )
1. Voltage grade : 100kV, 200kV, 250kV, 300kV, 500kV, 750kV, 1000kV ;
2. Capacity : 50-2000kVA ;
3. High voltage generated mode: high voltage transformer voltage boost and series resonance(power frequency,frequency conversion);
4. All methods of boost voltage are one level voltage boost ,no need to cascade boost voltage;
5. Input voltage: 0.35-10kV;
6.Partial discharge capacity: Rated voltage 5pC (normal environment) ;
7.Impedance voltage: 5%;
8.Temperature rise: no more than 65k (50Hz) when rated current operates 60mins.
9.Altitude: Not limited for the HV parts
10.Relative humidity: Not limited for the HV parts
11.Ambient temperature: -10ºC - 40ºC
12.Grounding system: ≤2Ω
13. Supply voltage: The waveform is sine wave
14. Wave distortion: <3%
