Power frequency high voltage HV test equipment for transformer ,insulator test
High voltage test set is used for partial discharge withstand voltage test for HV electrical apparatus. It's in fully enclosed design, available to shield external interference when in PD testing , to control PD level within 3pC at rated voltage .
I.Summary
AC dielectric test set is also called high voltage tester, withstand voltage tester. according to the insulating medium difference, it can be divided into oil-immersed type testing transformer, dry type testing transformer and sf6 gas type testing transformer.
and for the controller, we also have the automatic console and manual console which could be choosed. they are widely applied in the transformer, gis, cable, circuit breaker, ct ,pt, busbar , insulator and other electric component's insulating withstand voltage test.

1.Output voltage: 100kV, 200kV, 250kV, 300kV, 500kV, 750kV, 1000kV, based on different test objects.
2.Capacity: 50-2000kVA, based on different test objects.
3.High voltage generated mode: high voltage transformer voltage boost and series resonance (power frequency, frequency conversion).
4.All methods of boost voltage are one level voltage boost, no need to cascade boost voltage.
5.Input voltage: 0.35-10kV.
6.Partial discharge: Rated voltage 3pc (normal environment).
7.Impedance voltage: 5%.
8.Temperature rise: no more than 65k (50Hz) when rated current operates 60mins.
