I. Introduction 

The HMBBT Integrated Transformer Tester Bench produced by Goldhome hipot is suitable for the temperature rise test of 9000kVA transformer/8000A switchgear, and it can run continuously for 24 hours. It is with the function of measuring the AC voltage RMS, voltage average, current RMS, active power, power factor and frequency of single-phase or three-phase power transformers at the same time, featured with a measurement accuracy of 0.5. Intelligent and professional design, suitable for the test of power transformer's no-load, load, induction, etc. It is an ideal replacement product for traditional pointer instruments.

II. Main features
1.Adopt 320×240 dot matrix LCD display with backlight, simultaneously display 18 electrical parameters such as single-phase or three-phase voltage RMS, voltage average, current RMS, active power, power factor and frequency.
2.Multi-screen menu operation for users to choose, easy to operate, and automatically calculate various parameters, such as P0, I0, Pkn, ekt, ek75 (120°C), ek75°C, Zk.
3.It can automatically calibrate the voltage amplitude, waveform and temperature.
4. The voltage and current transformer ratio can be set by pressing the key, and the primary measurement value can be directly displayed.
5.The test date, the transformer factory number can be set, and the power can be locked.
6.It can measure the power in the low power factor range.
7.Equipped with a printing interface and a serial RS232 computer interface, the printing format is in accordance with the standard record (Chinese character) format requirements.
8.Strong anti-interference performance, overload alarm indication function, and reliable over-voltage and over-current protection, suitable for working in an on-site calibration environment.
