I. Brief introduction
Among all the operating equipment and network systems which are much more informationized and automated,uninterrupted power supply is a fundamental guarantee. Usually the battery is in the state of floating charge standby,In case of alternating current loss or other accident,the battery becomes the only energy supplier for the load.
In addition to the normal service life of the battery, due to the quality of the battery itself, such as material, structure, process defects and improper use, the premature failure of the battery occurred from time to time.To test the standby time and actual capacity of the battery,to ensure the normal running of the system,it is necessary to carry out capacity checking discharge test on the battery bank regularly or on demand according to the power system maintenance procedure. In order to detect single battery which is already failure or near failure , and to replace them, to ensure effectiveness of the whole battery, or estimate the life expectancy of the entire battery group.
After years of research and development, we have successfully developed a series of intelligent battery discharge meters with our proprietary technology.The tester can be used as discharge load when the battery is off-line, to realize constant discharge current of the set value by continuously adjusting discharge current.During discharge, when the terminal voltage of the battery or the voltage of the battery unit falls to the set lower limit or reach set discharge time, or reach set discharge capacity, the instrument will automatically stop discharging,and record all the valuable and continuous real-time data of the process.
This test instrument system uses wireless relay access to the voltage monitoring information of a single battery, which is simple, safe and accurate.
This instrument has a very friendly man-machine interface, not only can complete various settings and data query under the menu prompt, and the discharge process data are also stored in the memory of the device, and can be transferred to the U disk by data cable .And through the upper computer's special software to analyze the data, generate the required curve and report form.

II. Main Features
1.PTC ceramic resistance is used,avoid phenomenon of red heat, make the whole discharge process more safe.
2.The single monitoring module adopts remote RADIO frequency wireless communication mode to transmit voltage data,and can set up up to 4 independent frequency bands.That is, up to four monitoring systems can be used to transmit data simultaneously in the same area,without interfering or channeling.
3.Wireless acquisition box can monitor each battery,to realize complete monitoring of battery discharge process, and it has three data acquisition methods:
A.Data transmission is carried out between single monitoring module and discharge instrument host.
B.Data transmission is carried out between single monitoring module and USB wireless terminal.
C.Data transmission is carried out between single monitoring module, discharge instrument host and USB wireless terminal
4.Each discharge device can monitor 25 individual collection boxes,each unit can be connected to 12 batteries,can monitor 300 batteries in total .The device can automatically screen the serial number and voltage value of the highest 6 batteries and the lowest 6 batteries and display them in different colors on the display screen.
5.Single voltage value has sliding table display and sliding bar chart display,
there are two ways to view the data.
6.Equipped with PC computer software, can record the total voltage, discharge current and each single battery voltage data and analyze it . And it can generate the corresponding data report form.Directly reflect the battery performance curve, graph, report, etc., and can be printed, query.
7.With USB interface, which can store the data of the discharge process into a U disk, and then transfer data into PC. PC data management software can analyze the process of battery discharge, and generate the corresponding data report ,

1)Intelligent single-chip microcomputer ARM control, 7-inch 1024*600 high-definition LCD display, capacitive touch operation.
2)Automatic protection stop function, over-temperature protection, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, reverse receiving protection, when any alarm stop, the display screen can display the corresponding alarm prompt, and automatically disconnect the air circuit breaker.
10.Discharge/charge termination conditions can be set,including single battery low voltage, whole battery low voltage/high voltage, small charging current, charging/discharging time to, charging/discharging capacity,When either condition is met, the device will automatically stop the test with a beeping beep,at the same time, the reason for stopping is automatically recorded.
