I.Brief introduction
The measurement of low-voltage short-circuit impedance is a basic item in the routine test project. By comparing the short-circuit impedance measured before and after the transformer is impacted by short-circuit current, the degree of winding deformation can be preliminarily estimated according to its variation. Transformer short circuit current shock and the initial test of the low voltage short circuit impedance change should not be more than 2%
The low-voltage short-circuit impedance test is the most direct method to check whether the windings of the transformer are deformed after the transformer is impacted by short-circuit current in operation or by mechanical force during transportation and installation. It is of great significance to judge whether the transformer can be put into operation. It is also one of the bases to judge whether the transformer requires disassembly inspection.

III. Features
transformer short-circuit impedance tester is equipped with adjustable power output, which is especially suitable for low-voltage short-circuit impedance measurement of 110kV and above main transformers on site. The main features of the instrument are as the below.
[0] The instrument is equipped with adjustable power output, no matter single-phase or three-phase transformer, the instrument can complete the measurement of all winding pairs with only one wiring connection, simple test and wiring connection.

[0 It meets the test and algorithm stipulated in DL/ t1093-2008 Guidelines for the detection and judgment of winding deformation of power transformers by electric resistance method.
[04] DL/ t1093-2008 clearly stipulates: 5.4.1a, "in principle, single-phase parameters shall be tested by single-phase method";5.4.1e, "in case of abnormal test results, the single-phase method should be used for retesting of all winding pairs". The instrument adopts single-phase measurement method, which can automatically calculate the short-circuit impedance, reactance and inductance of each phase in the three-phase transformer during the three times boost process.
