I. Introduction

The Transformer oil  dissolved gas analyzer is suitable for the determination of the dissolved gas content in the insulating oil of the power system. The total analysis of the dissolved gas content in the insulating oil can be completed by one injection, and the minimum detection concentration of acetylene is 0.1ppm.The instrument is equipped with large screen LCD display interface, menu type Chinese operation, intuitive display and convenient operation.The instrument adopts double column parallel shunt system, equipped with thermal conductivity detector, double hydrogen flame detector and nickel catalyst converter, which can complete the analysis of H2, O2, Co, CO2, CH4, C2H2, C2H4 and C2H6 in one injection.

II. Main technical features
    Transformer oil gas chromatograph is a high cost performance, multi-functional, economical and practical precision instrument.The instrument adopts a three column and three gas path operation system, and is equipped with a double hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID), a thermal conductivity cell detector (TCD) and a methane converter system.
    The transformer oil gas chromatograph is controlled by microcomputer and integrated circuit, with Chinese and English interfaces, high degree of automation, good reliability and keyboard setting of operation parameters.The instrument has the functions of power-off protection, file storage and calling.The instrument adopts large screen liquid crystal display with rich and intuitive display contents.The detector and its control parts of the instrument adopt plug and play control mode, which is easy to operate.The instrument can operate at constant temperature and programmed temperature.The column chamber is equipped with a flexible back door automatic temperature control system, and the column box has excellent performance.High precision of temperature control, fast speed of rising and cooling.It can achieve near room temperature operation.The gas path process is flexible, reliable, easy to expand, suitable for a variety of detection and injection combinations.
The detector adopts unit combination design, which is convenient for installation and maintenance. The instrument can be configured with a variety of detectors (TCD, FID, ECD, FPD and NPD), which can be configured according to the user's analysis needs. The instrument can be installed with up to four detectors at the same time.
The injection system of the instrument can be equipped with a variety of injection devices, such as filling column head injection, glass lining fast injection, capillary column diffluence / non diffluence injection with diaphragm cleaning function, etc.
  The signal output of the instrument can be easily connected with peripheral data processing equipment or drawing equipment such as various chromatographic data processors and chromatographic workstations.
The instrument has the function of protecting the carrier gas circuit from being cut off.It can effectively protect the chromatographic column and the thermosensitive elements during TCD operation from damage.Preset standby temperature control port, easy to expand and use.
  The instrument has over temperature protection function. If the temperature control of any circuit exceeds the protection temperature, the instrument will be powered off for protection and alarm.
 
III. Instrument performance characteristics
 
1. It adopts 320 x 240 dot matrix 5.7-inch large screen LCD Chinese display, real-time display of temperature and operation conditions of all channels, clear and intuitive content, and truly realize man-machine dialogue;
2. Power on self-test, wide range self diagnosis function, can accurately determine the fault position and alarm;
3. Six channels of independent temperature control (the vaporization chamber and capillary vaporization chamber can be controlled independently), and the eighth order programmed temperature rise function;
4. Overtemperature protection function: if any circuit exceeds the set temperature, the instrument will automatically power off and give an alarm;
5. The unique vertical heating device makes the sample vaporization more reliable, reduces the thermal radiation generated by the vaporization chamber to the minimum, and ensures the minimum temperature deviation in the column box;
6. Intelligent fuzzy control back door opening system can automatically track and dynamically adjust the temperature. The angle of the air door can realize precise temperature control even near the room temperature;
7. equipped with filling column head injection, glass lining injection, with diaphragm cleaning, capillary diffluence / non diffluence injection device, and can install gas injector;
8. High precision double stable gas path, four kinds of detectors can be installed at the same time;
